Daily Notes

Tries various gene gun shots
- Onion: no conclusive results
- Tobacco. Nothing obvious, although maybe a few yellowish cells in amongst the bluer fluorescence
- Duckweed: some definite transformations IMO!
- Noticed a stray algae tfm in the duckweed batch, repeat on a bunch of algae gave +ve results!!

Shots were weaker than I remembered; turns out the CO2 cylinder was mostly empty. Re-doing some with fresh cylinder in the gun.
