Dandelion Jelly

50g flower heads yielded 20g petals
+ 300ml water, simmer or sit in hot water for 30 mins, strain
+ 150g sugar + 1.5g agar + 1g citric acid + 0.5g Vitamin C

Next time I'd up the agar or use pectin, this was syrupy rather than set. Could also use more tartness, maybe a tablespoon of lemon.
