Biliverdin plasmid v2 in the cloning strain it came in, vs plain e. coli. Some color - but not much, and this is after a while. I transformed it into BL21 yesterday, successfully by the look of it (plenty of nice small colonies this am) - will wait to see if they make more color, and also test iron supplementation.
